Needs
My institute needs to focus on capacity building of staff on modern pedagogy and curriculum development. We are still using the old classroom teaching techniques that need to be more innovative and engaging.
Goals for the Future
I want to be a competitive cooperative and good teacher, because I want to teach the student in a friendly environment.During educational sessions I want to involve the parents so they know about the progress of their children. I also would like to incorporate Art activities in the process of learning because I think it is important for ECED (early child hood). In our institute we use “Traditional Methods” and all the students from grade One to Ten face the problems of reading and writing in English, so I want our school administration to arrange “Teacher Training Programs” for all staff during the educational session.
Goals for the MAP
In my MAP, my focus is that my students will be able to learn by doing. It will make their learning and writing process more effective, productive and sustainable. I will also make my classroom environment attractive, resourceful and activity based for the students.

MAX WARBURG REFLECTION
Courage gives the energy to stand out and speak and to pursue our dreams.Story of Max courage is really encouraging for so many students around the globe facing a lot of challenges like opportunities for education, family problems, health and incom problem, etc so If I will share Max’s story with my students it will encourage them to face challenges of life bravely and with very positive attitude,I will also students to use biography as a form of writing .they can share their ideas and write about themselves, they express their stories about courage , as young children are very expressive. This will bring out and the best stories will be published in our school magazine . I also arrange the essay competition among the students. Thus they can be the role models for others to follow. In our classroom freedom of expression can be practiced by teaching and valuing others opinions.
Washington DC Reflection
Visiting Washington DC is like a dream for me and it is a great pleasure for me to see the capital of USA. I thought it is my privilege to explore and visit various important places of Washington DC. This is the best tour of my life.
I learned a lot from this trip about the history of USA, because I thought all the nation of USA don’t want to need to learn their history in the books they have the opportunity to learn their history visually and I thought it is the great history remembrance throughout the life.
First of all i had a trolley tour of whole city. I visit the important places for short time. I saw many monuments like moonlight White house capitol state of Einstein memorial, Martin Luther king, Liken memorial, Jefferson memorial, and also see the Arlington National Cemetery.
I got a lot of information about wide historical places.
The next day I visited the state Department where the state department gives special treatment like VIPs. That gives me the great pleasure. Here we meet the representative of state department, Mr. Brent Beemer and his colleagues. After introduction of all of us, the thing which attracts me is open discussion about Education, Health, Budget, and also the reflection for PELI. At evening I visited with my friends to Pentagon for shopping, i really enjoy it.
The other day which is our last day; I visited the National Freedom building from the inside which I was told that hardly people are allowed to visit it. That place is amazing for me, it really amazed me.
Beside these many other places eye view of White house, last but not the least the”Kabob Place” where I had all our meals. The food was very delicious and mouthwatering and I really missed my Mothers cooking. I also visited Crystal city underground.
In the real meaning this trip was very informative, amazing, ever memorable places; I realized that Americans respect and love their history which is really appreciable, and they also appreciate the efforts of their heroes, and those who sacrificed their life for humanity and human beings.
I could never forget the hospitality of all the guided members and also all the persons which met us in Washington DC.
PELP Reflection
First of all I feel very proud on myself the PELP project selected me and I am the luckiest person who only used to dream about such projects. On first day the first thing which attracted me was the hospitality of the project team because they treated us like VIP’s specially Madam director treated us like her own family members.
When we reached Plymouth university on 9th June 13 Madam director and residence directors Cait and Nicole gave us a warm welcome. After the rest ,next day we were prepared for our daily routine module classes based on different topics like health and foodways , professional development ,curriculum, environmental ethics ,inclusive education and peace.
· I learned advanced instructional methodologies must be incorporated in education system according to the need of time.
· I got awareness that curriculum must be dynamic process and set to assessment which must be practical.
· I also learned that how to organize classroom and curriculum and how to interpret students behavior ,how to protect learning time .A different type of thinking is needed to address such choices .Though choices make teachers to engage in sophisticated reflection to include self-reflection.
· Education is a right of each and every one so if some people in our society are not be able to get regular education, they must be given some alternative opportunities to get it.
Community plays an essential role with the help of teachers even without involving government.
· Our natural environment and natural resources are being consumed at a very rapid rate if we review earth from some other planet and compare it with the earth of 500 years ago, there have been a lot of changes and the beauty of the earth is vanishing .So it needs an hour to introduce it to our next generation to preserve and conserve our environment.
· I also learned that we should preserve our glorious history for our next generation as I have seen memorials everywhere in Washington DC trip.
· The US nation is very disciplined, cooperative, hardworking and devoted. They have positive approach for every aspect. They give courage and motivation to others .they never discourage anyone. I will try to inculcate all the good aspect of this nation.
· I have also come to know about ethnography so we are rich in culture but we should arrange the cultural heritage in a very organized way.
· I personally liked the way of teaching of Christine Sweeney. She explained her topic with activity based learning which is my favorite teaching strategy.
· I am taking back home very joyful memories with a rich learning experience.
