PROVINCE:
In PAKISTAN which is the country of Good People I belong the Beautiful province KPK Which is the Green Hilly area.
Most of the people in our province are educated and rate of literacy in my province is very high.
In my province the most popular places NARAN , KAGHAN, MURRI. These are very good places for tourist for enjoyment. In all the seasons the temperature of these places very good
.formerly known as the KPK and alternatively known by various other names, is one of the four provinces of Pakistan, located in the north-west of the country. It borders the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) to the west and south, Gilgit–Baltistan to the north-east, Azad Kashmir to the east and Punjab and the Islamabad Capital Territory to the south-east. The province of Balochistan is located southwards.
The main province are the Pashtun people; other smaller ethnic groups include most notably the Hindkowans, Dards,Chitralis Kalasha and Gujjars.
The provincial language is Pashto, spoken by the majority as first language; Urdu, the national language, is widely spoken as a second language. English is mainly used for official and literary purposes. The provincial capital and largest city is Peshawar.


FAMILY
I have been married 4 months. I am living in ISLAMABAD with my sweet husband and mother in- law, father in- law and sister in- law. My Husband is very loving and caring. He is also a teacher. I belong to the Abbasi family.

PROFESSION;

I have done my M.Sc. In STATISTICS IN 2008 from Peshawar University and also Bachelor of education and also Master of Education from Peshawar University. I had passed PSC exam in 2009. I am working as subject specialist in GGHSS in oghi Mansehra KPK.

PERSONAL INTEREST;

I love teaching. Me much enjoying music, Traveling, and eating. READING Books and watching television. I always ready for student help. I love my mother and my PAKISTAN.
FUTUR
I want to be a part of change in education system . Which bring conceptual clarity in our student. It’s my dream that my country become a develop country of the World and for this I can do as possible.

It is located in beautiful green valley of Oghi.its a mountainous and hard area. In the north west of oghi is darband kala dakha which is safe place for the escaper and most wanted people. Its effect the thinking of the people that’s why they become rigid and backward . Our institution is only one in the tehsil oghi which is up to 12 standards there is no girl’s college. Girls student does not allow to get further education in outside the area. Even some brilliant students although wants to get admission in college but parents dose not allowed.
We have staff of 25 female teachers, their designation are principal, subject specialist, SET, CT DM, AT. Teachers are qualified according to their designation. Some have higher qualification. But most of them get distance education.

Goal:
Capacity Building of Elementary School Teachers in Teaching Methods through professional development trainings.

Overview: In our rural schools, there is the need for teacher capacity building in the area of instructional strategies. As subject specialists, we want to increase our own knowledge of diverse instructional teaching methodologies, as well as increase the capacity of our fellow teachers----at our institution and in nearby institutions (walking distance and metro). To do this, we will hire a specialist in the area of instructional strategies (especially in pedagogy) to conduct five days of training for teachers in the region. Outlines for the trainings have been drafted, though final decisions about the training will be made by the resource person/expert.
Two weeks after the training, we will go to assess the teachers who attended the workshops. We will go their schools and observe their methodology with our checklist. If further capacity-building is needed, we will offer suggestions on-the-spot, in a constructivist, healthy, positive manner. For issues that we cannot resolve, we will consult our own mentors/senior teachers.
At two months, we will visit UNSCHEDULED to see if the methodology is employed or not.
Objectives:
The teacher will be able to:

· To use innovative method and technique in teaching learning process.
· To develop lesson plan according to methodology

MAX WARBURG COURAGE:
To listen to the story of Max’s in my point of view means to do as much as possible for others and to solve their problems as possible. Like the Max’s story there is something hidden in the personality of a human that expresses their own way to face the trouble of life.
Max’s courage the curriculum of children 6th grade up to 8th grade. In the meeting I much impressed when I saw the max’s video. I have no word to explain my feelings when I met the mother of Max. Max’s curriculum was much interesting for me as he solve the different problems in curriculum. It enhances the learning skills of students like reading and writing. Max’s working for people for his whole life.
When I go back to my home I want to teach my students courage and to fellow Max’s example. I want to share his story of with my friends, and community. I would also encourage teachers back home especially in my community to follow and implement some aspects of curriculum. The Max’s is source of courage not only for students but also for every sensible person. We also help the people in similar way.
In our country like Pakistan in Education system the Max’s story could be very helpful for our students to improve their skills and also helpful for our people.
REFLECTION ABOUT WASHINGTON DC VISIT
Washington DC was a very wonderful trip for me in my whole life and also enjoyable, experience for me to learned about the leaders, history of US and much more. We left for Washington DC at 24th June 2013. Washington DC is much important for me because one of capital of USA and the 2nd one to the historical places. In the evening time we visited the city by bus having driver talk about the history of Washington over a microphone. I saw many monuments and memorials like Washington monument, Lincoln memorial, Jefferson memorial, world war 2nd memorial, Pentagon memorial, and many of others. I also saw the graveyard of soldier .we also saw the white house it was just like candle. Also their was a kabob palls in which we enjoy the delicious dishes. It’s all was very excited for me to see these things not in dream but in my real life. It was much unexpected for me.
And the 2nd day we went to meet the Officers of State Department. Their I had the chance to discuss and share our reflection for MAP, PELP, and also Discuss about our vest, experience and expectation. I also had a chance to share many different aspects of culture and education. After a great discussion and meeting with State Department we went for visiting museum of Washington DC. It was also wonderful experience for me I have visited through metro Tran the American Natural History, American History and castle. It was very excited and wonderful experience to learn about the American history. After this we went pentagon city it was look like a crystal city and there was beautiful market and malls.
On the 3rd day we went the Senate house and congress. It was a very member able for me. After watching the wonderful video about the History we had visit the American History in Senate. With a very helpful guide I had seen the statue of the different personalities which are very much valuable not only in the American History but in all over the World. It was a wonderful experience for me. We also visited the congress which was very impressive for me. We also meet the respected officers of New Hampshire and discuss about the PELP. After this we left for Boston airport.
The trip of Washington DC was the most member able experience for me. All these thing made me to think about the History of the Nations. And me great thankful of US and State Department to give me that chance to see all these beautiful things.


PELP REFLECTION:
The Government of American gave us the opportunity to share some ideas about education and learn from the Educator of America as much as possible. It is my 1st experience to international level training. It is a great experience for me to build up my Education Experience for my students and for my country. I learn much and more from the educator of America. During class me much impress from activity base method and its very helpful for me to guide the student in my institution and me also impress the American educator methodology of teaching and different advance techniques which they are use our classes. It has very helpful for me, their politeness and behavior of the educator me much learn about that. Also through discussion and question answer I learn much more. During the visits of different places I learn how the Nations to sustain their History specially visiting the Washington DC.
PELP give the great experience and explore as an educator I learn much and more from the educator of America, which helpful for me in many except for assessment of my own method and techniques and also helpful for my students judgment.
